2. Services OfferedFor a base fee of $69, we provide users with a worksheet to create a letter. We then use this worksheet to generate a letter, which is sent to the user for electronic signature. Upon signing, we mail the letter via regular postal service. We also offer a complimentary review service to help refine the message of the letter.

3. User InformationWe collect personal information such as name, address, email, phone number, and any additional information included in the worksheet, like work history. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without user consent, except as required by law.
